tvreg:
A collection of first-order optimization algorithm implementations for total variation regularization in 2D and 3D.
tomobox:
A small collection of Matlab functions for experimenting with tomographic reconstruction.
AIRtools: A Matlab package of algebraic iterative reconstruction methods and tomography test problems.
