Description Ian Dryden, Professor of statistics at University of Nottingham has kindly offered to give a PhD-course on Statistical Shape Analysis at IMM, DTU on Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 November 2001. The course will be based on the book by himself and Kanti Mardia. The course will include computer exercises.

The course will be similar to the course he held in Glasgow at a Royal Statistical Society meeting this summer

Day 1

There will be a restricted number of participants on the course - around 20-25.

There will be a fee for participation - this is under negotiation - but we expect it will be around DKK 1000, which includes course material and "some extent of refreshments".
