DTU 02208: Test of Integrated Circuits

Welcome to the home page of course 02208 Test of Integrated Circuits. This course is a lecture course for M.Sc. students at their final two years and Ph.D. students offered during the fall term at the DTU Department of Informatics and Mathematical Modelling. This course is lectured in English.

02208 gives an introduction to the testing problem of digital, integrated circuits, enabling the participants to construct mainly ICs of high test quality. 02208 presents fundamental concepts and techniques of test of electronic circuits with the emphasis on the design for test of ICs.

Students should be familiar with the fundamentals of design of digital systems as obtained in the lecture course 02200 Digital Design and Computer Organization. Furthermore, a basic understanding of the fundamentals of integrated circuit design is necessary. The later may be obtained through the lecture course 02206 Design of Integrated Circuits.

Hopefully you will find the information you need to follow the course below.
