... its been a while

I recently started my six month external research stay with professor Morten L. Kringelbach at University of Oxford. We will be working together on bridging dynamic functional connectivity with classical network analysis and applying the methods to various neuroimaging studies.

Conference news: I will be in New Orleans the next week for the International Conference on Acoustics Speech and Signal Processing, where my colleague Jesper L. Hinrich will present our paper entitled "Scalable Group Level Probabilistic Sparse Factor Analysis" at the special session "Functional MRI Analysis in a Big Data Era".

Welcome!

Welcome to the website. I recently started my PhD at Technical University of Denmark, and this website will consist of news and updates from my work. My PhD project is named "Modeling Temporal Dynamics in Functional Brain Connectivity", where I will focus on Bayesian models applied to fMRI and EEG data.

First news: I just got a paper titled "Nonparametric Modeling of Dynamic Functional Connectivity in fMRI Data" accepted for the workshop "Machine Learning and Interpretation in Neuroimaging" at NIPS 2015. The paper will be published in a volume from Springer. I will attend the workshop in Montreal with a poster and hope to get lots of feedback and interesting discussions out of it.
