In this course, students must perform some mandatory presentations, which count towards the final grade. The groups and the initial allocations of presentations are currently as follows:

Presentations should, of course, be based on the given text, but you are encouraged to look round (for example on the Web) for other information about the topic concerned, and to include it in the talk.

Please remember to hand in some kind of copy of your presentation, either as hard copy or electronically. This is the "proof" of what you have done, which will count toward your grade in this course.

Although two or three participants give each presentation, I expect everyone to at least read the relevant text through and be prepared to ask questions and take part in the following discussion. Note that, although an hour has been set aside for each presentation, the people making the presentation should try to limit the length of their actual talk to max. 40 minutes, in order to allow time for the discussion.
