Check registration between Single Subject and T1 template

Is there a discrepancy between the single subject canonical and the T1 template?

Procedure

  1. SPM2,
  2. "Check Reg" button.
  3. Select canonical/single_subj_T1.mnc and templates/T1.mnc
  4. Move to frontal horn of lateral ventricle
  5. Zoom
