ELECTROSTATIC PROBES IN PLASMAS

Purpose:
The purpose is to discuss the use of electrostatic probes for measuring the plasma parameters in various devices. To initiate the discussion, introductory descriptions - approximately 15 - 20 min - will be presented by:
