Abstract: Three-dimensional generalization of the Frenkel-Kontorova model is used to consider topological defects in the crystalline lattice. Soliton solutions corresponding to straight screw dislocation are found. Interaction of these dislocations is investigated. The kinked and jogged dislocations are studied as well.
