TENTATIVE PROGRAM

The meeting is following the 1. Nonlinear Science Festival held at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen last December.

TOPICS
The workshop will cover a broad range of topics in modern Nonlinear Science, with the main emphasis on the following items:

Vortex Dynamics and Topology
Turbulence, Transport and Diffusion
Pattern Formation
Spatial Structures in Nonlinear Optical Materials
Bose-Einstein Condensation, Cold Atoms, Matter Waves
Lattice Dynamics

GRANTS
Many of the participants will be PhD students. It is one of the ideas of the Graduate School to bring together Ph. D. students, working in Nonlinear Science. A number of grants are available for supporting the participation of phd-students.

STEPHANOS PNEVMATIKOS AWARD
At the conference dinner the fourth Stephanos Pnevmatikos award will be presented.
