Abstract: In this second talk of the series, I will concentrate
on wide aperture semiconductor lasers.
The Busse balloon (domain of stable traveling wave solutions) disappears
and the laser output is weakly turbulent.
The talk will concentrate on describing a control scheme which both stabilizes
and steers the laser output.
