Principal component analysis of psoriasis lesions images

AbstractA set of RGB images of psoriasis lesions is used. By visual examination of these images, there seem to be no common pattern that could be used to find and align the lesions within and between sessions. It is expected that the principal components of the original images could be useful during future lesion segmentation and alignment purposes.
