Why don't you share knowledge?
To share knowledge – such as giving a colleague advice, or asking a colleague for advice - has become central for both individual and organizational performance. Often, however, knowledge sharing seems quite troublesome – that is, sometimes individuals choose not to share knowledge.
In this presentation I will ask you to help me analyze why knowledge sharing can be cumbersome, and how – whether – both individuals and organizations can facilitate knowledge sharing.
