Stefan is a PhD student at DTU Informatics. He currently works with Scientific Computing, in particular with parallelization methods for heavy computational problems, designed to run on graphical processing units (GPUs). Problems are often related to partial differential equations and large-scale Poisson equations. Stefan investigates how these problems are optimally transfered and solved on GPUs, with special attention to iterative methods. Stefan educated as a Cand. Scient. in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen in 2009.
