Strategy

SDC is envisaged to grow in line with the stated aim of providing a centralised professional development center of the whole of DTU. The SDC currently has strong connections to institutes at DTU and would envisage it's main growth to occur in line with connections being forged with institutes within DTU.

SDC has specilized in competence development of newly educated engineers in software application development with the purpose of supplying the industry with highly qualified engineers. This means that SDC consist basically of few very experienced employees and more newly educated enginners. The personal qualifications are very important in order to keep the good, informal and efficient environment and because is requires a daily corporation with other institutes at DTU, which have many skilled and engaged researchers and consultants.  

The SDC is available to offer support to students undertaking software development projects as part of there studies or thesis. We also have the capability to supervise a limited number of interns as members of the center at a single time.
